Conditional Acceptance Checklist (For Student Use Only)

Student is required to ensure they have obtained all the requisite documentation to attend the Primary Care Paramedicine program at least one week before the first semester starts. To that end, we are providing this checklist to students for the purposes of tracking their own documentation, thus ensuring the student is fully aware of the tasks they must complete prior to their orientation dates.
